  Comfortable at the late evening with not many customers in this only Starbucks Reserve Bar in Sacramento. I walked by this Starbucks many time when I'm there for the Sacramento Kings games. Of course they have hundreds of the customers inside and outside of the building on the game day. I don't want to get in the store at all! I am lucky they're very quiet this evening!
  
  The store is next to Golden 1 Center in downtown Sacramento. It is bigger than most of the normal Starbucks with more seating area. The decorations are better than the regular Starbucks. Some items are available in the reserve store only. But I didn't try the special items this time. I have my normal Mocha Frappuccino only.
  
  The cashier was very good and very helpful. Very nice greeting as soon as we walked into the store. She has the smiles on her face all the time.
  
  The drinks are done few minutes after we ordered. It is not as sweet as normal, but I like this better.
  
  The seats in this Starbucks Reserve is little better and more comfortable than the regular store. No problem getting the chairs for our group. But I think it was because the time we are there at the late evening. This Starbucks was so busy on the day time!

  Starbucks Reserve!! Hello!! I love this place. The vibe in here is so different.
  I love the way it is set up, the decor, the drinks are awesome, then why 3 stars?? Well, every time I order food here, (breakfast sandwiches, sous vide eggs) the food is jacked up. My sous vide egg bites were burnt on multiple occasions. LIke how are eggs dry??  My breakfast sammiches bun was completely dried out and created a weird cardboard-esque texture...which makes that inedible, but the inside of the sammich was okay...I mean are you calling me fat Starbucks? Telling me, "Look her fatty, you know you I don't need that bread, with ya fat ass..." I am totally kidding about that part about them calling me fat. Just jokes people just jokes.
  I like that they have exclusive items on their menu that you can only get at a Starbucks Reserve. Everything else there is great! I keep going back and getting somethin for breakfast, but it seems it never is right unfortunately. :(

  Came in around 6am this cold and rainy morning for a black coffee after my workout. Service was great! I was greeted instantly by multiple baristas which was nice. No issues there.
  
  The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because a man whom I believe was homeless wearing flip flops came in and sat down probably to get out of the cold rain. As he sat down everyone working went crazy and started asking him to leave. Not sure if he cause problems before BUT it's upsetting because it was fairly empty inside and he wasn't bothering anyone. A kind man bought him a coffee so technically he's a customer, right? Like I mentioned before the man was just sitting there. I've been to multiple Starbucks and I've never seen someone rejected so quickly. It's cold and rainy. Please show some empathy...

  I was in the area and stopped by here to grab some coffee and breakfast. The food is mostly the same as any Starbucks. But, I swear, the coffee tastes different! The standard cold brew is similar in price, but the nitro dirty chai was like $6. I don't know if I can say it's worth it because I've never paid that much for coffee, BUT it was delicious and smooth. I love the vibe at the Starbucks reserves.

  Whenever I decide to come to this location, I'm always hoping that Michael isn't working. You'll see in one of my previous reviews that this a-hole helped out a group of white folks before helping my coworker and I out, even though we had been waiting at the reserve bar for about 5 minutes.
  
  Today, I went in and to my surprise, he actually greeted me this time, but did not ask to take my order (shocker). I decided to give him a few moments since he was in the middle of making another customer's drink, but still nothing. He grabbed the orders that were being printed out for the reserve bar before even asking what I wanted. Finally, after 5 minutes, another Barista, Nick, came to help out. I just went up to him and placed my order with him instead.
  
  As a customer, it shouldn't be my job to tell you every single time that I need to place an order. If you know you have mobile orders coming through, or other orders coming from the other registers, and you see someone just walked in, it's common sense for the employee to ask that person if they've already ordered or if they're picking up an order.
  
  Like I said before, I don't like bringing up race into this, but I honestly don't know what it is with Michael. Maybe he read my previous review and has just blacklisted me ever since, but it seems that he's always catering to the white folks first. I have never shown aggression or gave attitude, but yet, I'm treated as I have done so before. What a shame.
